A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a mobile phone sales store with the trade name of “D” from Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City C1st.

On July 2013, the Defendant visited the above sales store of the Defendant’s operation, and opened E/F’s mobile phone, and acquired a copy of E/F’s identification card, using the above identification card, forged an application for a mobile phone in the name of E/F, and used it to open the mobile phone by using it.

1.
