Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an employee of the “C” of a mobile phone sales store with B underground shopping district in the Dong area No. 114 in the Dong area of the Government.

1. Around May 18, 2014, the Defendant visited the said store to obtain personal information, such as D’s resident registration numbers, which opened the mobile phone. On July 31, 2014, when the Defendant lost his/her mobile phone for sale on or around July 31, 2014, he/she attempted to receive subsidies from the radio operator by forging the relevant documents as if he/she concealed such fact and joined the radio operator as a new member.

On July 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) forged a written application for mobile phone subscription in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of signing and exercising rights and obligations in the column of “D”, “E”, and “D” to the subscriber column of LG U using a pentle in the above “C”; (b) forged one copy of the written application for program subscription under the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of signing and exercising rights and obligations in the column of address; and (c) subsequently, forged each one of the written consent for the use of personal information in the name of D and one copy of the written application for program subscription under the agreement of LTE Pr/S/SBB by using a computer; and (d) exercised the forged application by transmitting the forged application to the G U U employee, who is aware of the forgery.

2. The Defendant, by using forged application form, etc. as mentioned in paragraph (1) at the time, place, as seen above, deceivings employees of LG U under his/her name as if he/she were to join a telecommunications company under the name of D, and then acquired approximately KRW 400,000 as subsidies for joining a telecommunications company from the victim LG U Co., Ltd.
