Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2012. 05. 19. 05:26경 자동차운전면허를 받지 아니하고, 혈중알콜농도 0.062%의 술에 취한 상태로 의무보험에 가입되지 아니한 B 누비라 승용차를 운전하여 광주 서구 마륵동에 있는 서창사거리 앞 편도 4차로를 “세정아울렛” 방면에서 광주공항 방면으로 4차로를 따라 시속 약 60km 로 진행하던 중 안전거리 유지 및 전방주시의무를 게을리한 업무상 과실로 앞서 가던 피해자 C(41세) 운전의 D 택시가 정지하는 것을 뒤늦게 발견하여 급제동하였으나 미치지 못하여 피고인 승용차의 앞범퍼로 위 피해 택시 뒤범퍼를 충격하였다.

The Defendant, by these occupational negligence, injured the above victims E (18 years old), victim F (18 years old), victim G (19 years old), and victim H (20 years old), each of which requires treatment for about two weeks, and damaged the above cabs to repair cost of KRW 816,550.
