A Imprisonment for one year, each of the defendants B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a general retail shop under the trade name of “G” in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and operates a general retail shop under the trade name of “I” in H in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.

No petroleum retailer shall sell oil, etc. as fuel for construction machinery, such as dump trucks.

Nevertheless, on May 18, 2017, the Defendant stopped from “K” located in the Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, about 22:40 ton of L 1 ton of L 1 ton of the Defendant’s name, and had employees B stop at the same place.

On May 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was running the business of selling petroleum at the “K” located in the Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) was running the business of selling petroleum at the same time; and (c) was stopping at the same time by using a mobile organic beverage installed in L1 ton in accordance with A’s instructions, which is used as fuel oil of construction machinery, such as dump trucks, to consumers.

Mump trucking 91 liters each liter of KRW 660,060 per liter, as well as 60,060 per liters, from around December 20, 2016 to around December 20, 2016, a total of 26,485 liters, as shown in the annexed crime list (14) in the same manner, were oiled to a dump truck, thereby facilitating the crime thereof, thereby selling dump oils as fuel oil of motor vehicles or construction machinery.
