[Defendant A] Imprisonment with prison labor for six months

[Defendant B] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months

except that this judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who sells petroleum products (such as oil) through a mobile-sale vehicle with the trade name “H” registered as a general petroleum retail shop in Busan Seo-gu G and then stores petroleum products (such as oil), and mobile-sale vehicles.

No petroleum retailer shall sell oil, such as oil, as fuel for automobiles or vehicles and machinery prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, even though the Defendant knew on February 6, 2018 that the articles of dump truck will use oil as fuel for vehicles, he/she sold 234,650 dump truck (unit price of KRW 950) equivalent to 237 dump truck as fuel to the above K using a mobile-sale vehicle owned by the Defendant at a dump truck at a dump truck not more than once in Jinju-si, and sold 65,40 fump truck as fuel from February 6, 2018 to February 26, 2018, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. On February 6, 2018, Defendant B, who was a petroleum sales business entity, sold dump truck articles as fuel of dump truck as seen above, carried oil on a mobile-sale vehicle owned by A, etc. on a dump truck vehicle at the same time and operated the mobile-sale vehicle at a dump truck not more than once in Jinju at the same time according to A’s instruction, and made it easy for the Defendant to commit the crime by photographing 247 liters, including the dump truck owned by K, with limited liability, and transmitting the photograph to A as cell phone, and aiding and abetting the Defendant to sell 65,409,450 won for a total amount of 260 times from February 6, 2018 to February 26, 2018 as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

3. Defendant C is a person who is engaged in transportation with Mump truck owner, and is an owner of old gas station site in Gyeongnam N, with a 3,000 liter c,00 liters.
