Defendant
B is an unemployed state of I located in the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City H.
J is a person who, as Defendant B and petroleum sales business proprietor, reported the general retail shop in the name of the said I from September 2015 to December 2016.
Defendant
A is a person employed by Defendant B as an employee of I on October 2016 from Defendant B, who reported the general retail shop in the name of “I” on January 1, 2017.
Defendant
C is a person who operates a general petroleum sales store in the name of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, K building, and one-story petroleum wholesale market E, which is established for the purpose of retail business.
1. No petroleum retail business operator who commits a joint crime by Defendants B and A shall sell petroleum intermediate products, such as oil, such as automobile management under the Automobile Management Act, vehicles prescribed by Presidential Decree, and machinery fuel;

B From September 2015 to September 2016, from around October 2016, the JJ and Dong business. By doing so, Defendant B jointly with J from around September 2015 to September 2016, Defendant B used her her lux as fuel for the vehicle, in collaboration with Defendant A from around October 2016 to February 23, 2017.
2. Defendant C
(a) The defendant who supplied him with oil to I, such as aiding and abetting the violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act.
