A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry related to the Game Industry of the C Operation, in the game room without any trade name operated by Kimhae-si D and C, conspired to perform duties, such as receiving KRW 1.50,000 per day from the above C in the game room without any trade name operated by Kimhae-si D and C, and making the E Cost 1,50,000 won per day into the game room for customers, F received KRW 150,000 per day and received the above game room and exchanged the points obtained as a result of the game in the above game room, and G, upon receiving KRW 1,50,000 per day, lent the name to lease the building of the above game room and receiving KRW 10,000 per week of additional daily, to engage in the business of the customers, respectively.
According to the aforementioned division of roles, the Defendant set up 27 game machine for “Yamato” game not classified in the above game field from the early November 2017 to the end of December 2018, 2018, and provided customers with 18,000 won in cash, excluding 2,000 won per four points of commission.
As a result, the Defendant provided game water without rating in collusion with the above C, and exchanged the results obtained through the use of game water for business purposes.
2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry related to the Game Industry in the operation of the Defendant, along with F, intended to operate a game room without any trade name by leasing the Busan Gangseo-gu and the second floor office. The Defendant provided information to customers while comprehensively managing the above game room, exchanged points obtained as a result of the game, etc., F provided a list of customers, such as contact contact numbers, and I recruited to provide funds, such as purchase cost of the game machine.
