1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Jung-gu District Court on April 14, 2017, and the sentence was finalized on the 22th of the same month.

1. Defendant B and Defendant C’s joint crime is an operator of the game hall of the name “G” on the first floor above the F 1st century at the time of the Council, and Defendant C is a person in charge of exchanging game money acquired against customers in cash.

No one is allowed to exchange or arrange the exchange of tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water. However, the Defendants conspired to share the above roles and provided 60 games, such as “SARGN”, in the above game Chapter from the first half of November 2016 to the first half of April 2017, and exchanged the amount of cash equivalent to the amount calculated by deducting 10% of the commission from the game points obtained as a result of the game to the customers.

2. Defendant A and Defendant C’s joint crime committed on April 2017 are an operator of the game hall taken over from Defendant B while Defendant C is in charge of exchanging game money acquired from customers in cash.

No one is allowed to exchange or arrange the exchange of tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water. However, the Defendants conspired to share the above roles and exchanged cash in a way that the amount calculated by deducting 10% of commission from game points received as a result of the game to customers by installing 62 game machine units, such as “SA DDA DDAN” in the above game Chapter from around April 2017 to August 14:30, 2017.
