E was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for fraud in the Daegu District Court on June 14, 2012, and was released on December 24, 2015 in the Sognet Prison on the parole on December 19, 2016 and the parole period passed on March 19, 2016.

Defendant D, along with S, intended to operate the game site without a trade name in Kimhae-si, to conduct the business of settling profits, etc. for the game site; Defendant F and I invested 20 million won in the above game site; and receive the distribution of profits for the game site; and Defendant D operated the game site with Defendant D; Defendant E provided the list of customers and managed customers; Defendant E provided the above game site with a daily benefit of KRW 200,000; Defendant C provided a “the director of the branch”; Defendant C lent the building of the above game site to lease the building of the game site without a trade name in Kimhae-si; Defendant F and I provided a game site with the above game site with a daily benefit of KRW 40,000,000,000; Defendant F and I provided a game site with a daily benefit of KRW 20,000,000,000,0000,000 with the above game site; Defendant D received the above game site with a daily benefit of KRW 15,00,00.

According to the aforementioned division of roles, the Defendants: (a) from around May 2017 to around October 13, 2017, Defendant A, C, D, and E; (b) from around October 13, 2017 to around November 3, 2017; (c) Defendant H from around January 3, 2017 to March 2, 2018; and (d) Defendant G from around June 2017 to early October 2017 to around January 2, 2017.
