A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Purchasing marijuana;

A. On August 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) contacted the Defendant’s house located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government 110 Dong 603, the Defendant, through the Internet D search, with the sales books of hemp in the Republic of Korea, and to purchase and sell approximately KRW 1g 200,000,000; (b) transferred the hemp to an electronic wall, a bitco, the said sales book of which is known to the Defendant at around 23:09; and (c) traded the hemp by receiving approximately 1g of marijuana, which was sent by the said sales books from G located in Geumcheon-gu Busan Metropolitan Government on August 18, 2016.

B. On September 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) contacted the Defendant’s home with the name and non-sale books indicated in No. 1’s paragraph (a) and the wing Doctrine to purchase KRW 2g 400,000,000; (b) transferred 0.5805 bit bitco (Korean Won equivalent to KRW 400,000) to the bitco, an electronic wall, the sales books of which are known to the Defendant at around 11:14 on the same day; and (c) traded it by receiving approximately 2g of the hemp, sent from the above G around 20:0 on the same day, by baggage.

On October 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) contacted the Defendant’s house with the name-free sales books entered in No. 1-A, and the wing Dock’s Dock’s Dock’s Dock-type (“E”); (b) promised to purchase KRW 3g 5,80,000; and (c) transferred 0.7515 non-coin (Korean Won KRW 580,000) to a non-tecoin, which is known to the said sales books at around 17:33 on the same day; and (d) traded marijuana on October 18:0, 2016, by receiving approximately 3g baggage baggage sent by the said sales books at around 18:00.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On August 31, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant removed tobacco from the front parking lot of the said Defendant’s house, and then smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of the hemp plants purchased, as described in paragraph (a) of Article 1, and attaching a fire thereto.

B. On September 2016, the Defendant was in front of the Defendant’s house, which was a first patrol officer.
