Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

1,900,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) in the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 3, 2015 at the Ansan Prison.

A person who is not a handler of narcotics of the 2017 Highest 3249, but a person who is not a handler of narcotics, etc., shall not receive or administer Metepha (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as "philopon"), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a person who handles narcotics.

1. On November 11, 2016, the Defendant received Handphones by delivering approximately 0.2 g of Handphones to C in the cargo vehicle operated by the Defendant parked on the front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul, and receiving Handphones.

2. On July 21, 2017, around 02:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D E, and dilution with water, and administering phiphones by inserting them into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

The defendant of "2017 Highest 5383" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Sale of drugs of psychotropic spirit;

A. On May 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 20:0 on May 24, 2017, 2017, around 20:0, to C with approximately 0.8g of Meptiles (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); and (b) 40,000 won from C for the price.

B. On June 29, 2017, around 14:30 on June 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) laid down a philopon 0.8gg, a philopon, which was a part of a disposable injection machine, to C, and received KRW 400,000 from C as the price for the cargo vehicle parked near the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B.

Accordingly, the defendant sold and sold a local mental medicine.

2. On June 2017, the Defendant: (a) injectedd 0.03g of philopon from a scopon at a scopon scopon, Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, with a flusium; and (b) injected fluscopon into his arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered a local mental medicine.
