1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is not a handler of narcotics.
A. On October 2017, the Defendant: (a) visited K, the Internet Messenger program, at around 20:00 on the lower end of October, 2017; (b) promised to purchase the Messenger (one Mesperphone; hereinafter “Mesopphone”) from a person whose name the notice was posted, to whom it is impossible to identify, by telephone.
Then, the Defendant transferred the amount of KRW 2.5 million, in the name of the purchase price of a penphone, to a person whose name is unknown at a location near Seongdong-gu Seoul apartment complex, and then received approximately KRW 6g of a penphonephone, which was stored in a vinyl in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N, on the following day at around 03:00.
Accordingly, the defendant sold and sold a local mental medicine.
B. From January 27, 2017 to November 10, 2017, around 01:00, the Defendant administered a penphone in the same way 19 times from January 27, 2017 to November 10, 2017, by inserting the volume of penphone in the PBMW car parked in the PEW car parking lot of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. The Defendant administered the following medicines in a way of spreading the smoke arising from heating into the Rater: (a) and (b) as shown in the attached Table 1 column for the crimes committed in the attached Form.
Accordingly, the Defendant administered a local mental medicine.

around 20:00 on October 10, 2017, the Defendant provided a fromatic medicine to B and D free of charge in the Defendant’s house room located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 102-dong 101, with approximately 2g of philopon, contained in vinyl 102-dong 101, and 7 times from October 10, 2017 to November 6, 2017, as shown in attached Table 2 of the daily list of crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant provided a local mental medicine.
(d)
The Defendant for the trade of marijuana is the date of October 2017.
