A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is between the victim B (a life, leisure, 38 years of age) and the “C” around October 2018.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On November 8, 2018, at around 09:36, the Defendant, at the residence of the victim located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, had sexual intercourse with the victim with the victim, and taken the body of the victim who sawer and emitted from the shower, using the Defendant’s opphone6 without the consent of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, against the victim's will, using a camera.

B. At around 18:00 on November 14, 2018, the Defendant sent the victim’s male E-mail a photo taken with the victim’s consent prior to the sexual intercourse as described in the above paragraph (a) with the victim’s b body video files taken by the victim who was in custody of the victim as described in the above paragraph (a) and the victim’s body photo taken with the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim’s sexual intercourse with the above paragraph (a).

Accordingly, the Defendant provided another person, against his will, a photograph taken by using a camera, which might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.

2. On November 14, 2018, at around 21:24, 2018, the Defendant sent the victim’s her body pictures with the cell phone FMesen from which the victim did not talk with the victim, and then sent the victim’s her body pictures with the cell phone FMesen prior to sexual intercourse with the victim at around 21:26 on the same day, the Defendant threatened the victim by transmitting the message “I am any more at our address. I am the victim’s her body pictures with the intention of spreading them to the people of the victim. I am the victim’s her body pictures from that time to November 15, 2018, and threatened the victim in the same way as in the attached list of crimes, from that time, 10 times in total.
