A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

(b) Crime history;

1. Crimes committed on February 22, 2018;

A. On February 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the form in which the victim reported the melting side through the toilet window opened in the house of the victim C (name, leisure, and age 25) in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, 2018; (b) around 01:00; (c) discovered the form in which the victim reported the melting side through the toilet window; (d) opened the closed shock network; and (e) opened the closed screen screen and recorded the 8 flus cell phone camera in a flus cell phone block owned by the Defendant, thereby making the victim melting the melting side.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or similar mechanism, against his will.

B. In the same time and place as “A” under the above provision, the Defendant infringed upon the said victim’s residence by opening a toilet screen and inserting the Defendant’s hand, citing mobile phones, etc., in mind that the victim would have taken the image of melting the screen at the same time and place as “A” under the above provision.

2. Crimes committed on March 19, 2018;

A. On March 19, 2018, around 16:40-17:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the appearance of the victim’s shower through the bath hole when the victim’s name in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D was put in the house of female women; and (b) taken the image of the victim by putting the shower in a gallon flus cell phone fluor when the Defendant’s ownership was fluored in a gluoring season; and (c) taken the image of the victim by putting the glus cell phone fluor in a gluoring season.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or similar mechanism, against his will.

B. The Defendant who intrudes upon his residence finds out the situation in which the victim gets a shower in the state of body through the bathing room wind at the same time and at the same place as “A” in the above paragraph 2, and on the other hand, the Defendant’s cell phone is to take the body of the victim.
