A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On July 2, 2012, at around 22:30, the Defendant transferred money to F when the Defendant asked F to seek a merponian (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from F, and purchased a philopon in collusion with F, one half of the half of the philopon purchased from G (0.375g of approximately 0.75g of the philopon).

2. At around 23:30 on July 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) transferred money to F when the Defendant asked F to seek phiphones; (b) purchased half of 0.75g of philophones purchased from G (0.375g of 0.75g of philophones purchased from G; and (c) purchased phiphones in collusion with F.

3. On July 21, 2012, at around 20:00, the Defendant transferred money to F when the Defendant asked F to seek a philopon, and purchased half (0.375g of 0.75g of philopon purchased from G (0.375g of 0.75g) from F in collusion with F.

4. Around 22:00 on July 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) transferred money to F when the Defendant asked F to seek phiphones; (b) purchased half of 1.5g of phiphones purchased from G (0.75g of 1.75g of phiphones purchased from G; and (c) purchased phiphones in collusion with F, in collusion with F.

5. At around 00:30 on September 1, 2012, the Defendant transferred money to F when the Defendant asked F to seek philopon, and purchased half of 3.0 grams (1.5gg) purchased from G from F, in collusion with F, at approximately 3.0g of philopon purchased from G.
