Punishment of the crime

C. On January 9, 2013, around 20:10, the Defendant requested that E pay the purchase price to E, while demanding to seek the philopon, and purchased approximately 0.75g of the philopon sent through the flopon sent by J in Daegu, upon ordering the said flopon to E.e., the Defendant purchased 0.75g of the flopon, which was sent through the flopon.
