A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

10,400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on June 4, 201, and was on June 1, 201, and was not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. At around 19:00 on June 13, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 500,000 to E, and purchased approximately 0.15 grams from E, Mepta (hereinafter “Handphone”).

B. On June 25, 2012, around 23:20 on June 25, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 500,000 to E, and purchased approximately 0.15g of philopon from E, from the said set parking lot located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government distribution dong.

C. On July 2, 2012, around 22:00, the Defendant transferred KRW 1 million to E, and purchased approximately 0.75 gramphones from E, from the said Rule’s car parked in front of the G art hall located in Seosan City F.

At around 21:20 on July 18, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 90,000 to E, and purchased approximately 0.75 gramphones from E, in front of the D cafeteria located in Chungcheongnam-si, Namyang-si.

E. On July 21, 2012, around 18:20 on July 21, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 900,000 to E, and purchased 0.75 gramphones from E, which was parked in front of the Seoul Station in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

F. On July 30, 2012, around 19:00, the Defendant transferred KRW 1.5g of 1,500,000 to E in front of the D cafeteria located in Seoyang-si, Namyang-si, and purchased approximately KRW 1.5g of philopon from E.

G. The Defendant, at around 22:00 on August 31, 2012, transferred KRW 3.4 million to E, and 3.4 g. g. gramphones from E, in front of the International Oil Station located in H in Yangyang-si, Namyang-si.
