Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was elected on June 4, 2014 as a member of the E Party in the election of a member of the 6th local council in the nationwide provincial constituency, which was implemented by the defendant.

1. No person shall make a door-to-door visit for an election campaign;

On April 13, 2014, at around 13:00 to 15:00, the Defendant found in the house of Chungcheong G F, “I was going to go to the military candidate,” and “I was to go to the military candidate,” and thereafter asked for support from April 13, 2014 to April 13, 2014, and visited three electorates for election campaign.

2. A person who intends to become a candidate or candidate for contribution, shall not make contribution to a person in the constituency concerned, or an institution, organization, or facility, or a person having relations with the electorate even if such person is outside the constituency concerned, or an institution, organization, or facility;

On March 13, 2014, the Defendant provided 9 electors with 1-10 sugars, as shown in the attached Table 2, from around April 13, 2014, to nine electorates, including requesting the support of the Defendant, ordering the Defendant to the Defendant, and providing the Defendant with one sugar together with the Defendant’s name.
