Defendant
A, the 6th anniversary of June 4, 2014 implemented by June 4, 2014, was elected as a F Party in the E-election district of the Do local council member nationwide, and the defendant B was an election campaign manager of A.
1. House-to-house visit;
(a) No person who is a defendant A may visit door to door for election campaign;
On April 19, 2014, at around 15:00, the Defendant found at the H’s house, the electorate located in Chungcheongbuk G, “A. I. I. I. I. I., the preliminary candidate of the Gun Council members of the Gu, requested to provide a vote for the purpose of rural community,” and complained of Defendant’s support. From that time to April 19, 2014, the Defendant found three seats of electorates, as shown in attached Table 1, and visited each unit for an election campaign.
B. Defendant A or B may not visit door to door for election campaign.
At around 15:00 on April 21, 2014, the Defendants conspired to find at the office of the J located in Chungcheongbuk- I, “A. I, a preliminary candidate for the military, is “A. I. I. I. I. for the rural community,” and complained of Defendant A’s support for the name of the Defendant. From that time to 17:00 on the same day, the Defendants visited 10 electorates for each election campaign.
2. A person who intends to become a candidate or a candidate shall not make contributions to a person in the election district concerned, or an institution, organization, or facility, or a person, institution, organization, or facility having relations with the electorate even if such person is outside the election district concerned, and the election campaign manager, etc. of a person who intends to be a candidate or a candidate shall not make contributions in connection with the election concerned before the election period, while the election period shall not make contributions in favor of the candidate or the political party to
Defendants conspired on April 21, 2014, around 14:00 to 15:00.
