A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of five hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 20, 2014, at around 10:26, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties: (a) around 09:30 of the same day, he/she entered the said restaurant as a customer; and (b) around 09:30 of the same day, he/she did not make food and drink to the said restaurant; (c) he/she was demanded to return home from the F, etc., who is an employee; and (d) he/she continued to sleep without complying therewith.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 전항과 같은 일시경 같은 장소에서, 위와 같은 이유로 출동한 경찰관 경위 H, 경사 I가 잠자는 피고인을 깨우며 귀가 하라고 했다는 이유로 양손바닥으로 경위 H와 경사 I의 가슴 부위를 1회씩 후려치고, 위 경찰관들이 “왜 이러시냐 진정하시라”며 피고인을 제지하여 밖으로 끌어내자, 재차 경위 H의 멱살을 넥타이와 함께 손으로 잡아 조르고 주먹으로 가슴 부위를 수회 때리고, 옆에서 이를 제지하는 경사 I에게 욕설을 하면서 주먹으로 경사 I의 가슴 부위를 1회 때리고 발로 가슴 중앙 부위를 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed assault to the above H and I, who is a police officer, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the police officer in relation to the handling of 112 reported duties.

3. The Defendant damaged public goods at around 10:45 on the same day as the preceding paragraph, was arrested as a flagrant offender for the same reason, and was born to the back seat of the patrol police station No. 31, 6824, No. 31, 6824, and then to proceed to the G police station.
