[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 11:05 on February 9, 2015, the Defendants’ co-offenders: (a) around G restaurant located in Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-gu; (b) on the grounds that Defendant A and Defendant B received a report to avoid disturbance, such as singing up nearby commercial buildings signboards, etc., and Defendant A prevented the Defendants; (c) Defendant A was scambling the Habth of the H district of the G District Police Station in Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-dong, the two hand, and Defendant C was scaming down the 1’s chest; and (d) Defendant C was scaming the chest of the said I in both hands, and Defendant C was scamed one time on the grounds that Defendant B was scamed by the head of the said J, and Defendant A was scamed by both hand.
