Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

In each of the items 1 to 8 of seized evidence, the color-finding body for presumption of philophones, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants did not deal with the psychotropic drugs-related Megatopule (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) because they are not the persons handling narcotics, but imported, traded, or mephones as follows.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On May 11, 2016, the Defendants agreed to import philophones in the Philippines. Defendant A, upon request from D on May 1, 2016, sent KRW 1,400,00 to B located outside the Philippines for the purchase price of philophones, expenses, etc. Defendant B, at “E” hotel located outside the Philippines on the same day. Defendant B, at “E” hotel located outside the Philippines on the same day, issued 40,000 clophones (one Chinese 1,005,200) out of the transferred money (one hundred clograms), and concealed 18 glophonephones contained in a plastic paper with a double tape, and then, Defendant B, at around May 13, 2016, deposited the said clophones into the said part with an international plastic tape, at around 50, 460, Incheon International Aviation in the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “EM”).

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to import philophones.

B. On May 2016, the Defendants agreed to import philophones from the Philippines. Defendant A, upon request from D on May 21, 2016, sent KRW 3,300,00 for the purchase price of philophones to B located outside the Philippines’s account, and Defendant B, at the hotel of “E” located outside the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “F”), at around 18:00 on the same day, delivered 75,000 Plograms (Korean 1,905,70 won) out of the transferred money (hereinafter “F”), and deposited approximately 35,76,80 lophones (Korean 6,436,80 lophones) into the Republic of Korea, and concealed it into the Republic of Korea’s 36,56,000 lolograms as a package of 56,56,000.

Accordingly, the Defendants are the defendants.
