A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

5,700,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on August 18, 2010, departing from the United States via the Incheon International Airport and residing in California, California, but returned to the Republic of Korea through the Incheon International Airport on May 30, 2020, is not a person handling narcotics.

1. When the Defendant and B, B, and C shared phiphone import Defendant and C transferred the price of psychotropic drug psychotropic drug psychotropic drug Mespopon to the Defendant, the Defendant conspired to import Mespopon by way of delivering Mespopon to B and C using international specific transport cargo in the United States.

Pursuant to the crime committed on April 26, 2015, B visited the Defendant on or around April 21, 2015, and ordered philopon. On or around the 23th of the same month, the Defendant concealed approximately seven gh of philopon in the clothes from California, California, and then sent the consignee using international specific transport cargo, stating the consignee’s address as “B,” and the consignee’s address as “D Building E in the Northern-gu, Northern-gu, Posing-si, Possi, Possi, Possi, 2015, and then received the said international special transport cargo from the above D Building E.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones in collusion with B and C.

B. According to the conspiracys committed on May 28, 2015, B contacted the Defendant on May 2015, and ordered a penphone. At that time, the Defendant sent approximately seven g of the penphones to an international special transport freight in the same way as the preceding paragraph from California Luxembourg to an international special transport freight, and around May 28, 2015, the said international special transport freight arrived at the Incheon National Port, and B received the said international transport freight under the said D Building E around that time.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones in collusion with B and C.

C. On June 15, 2015, B contact the Defendant on June 5, 2015, following the commission of the crime, and ordered the Defendant to take notes.
