Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the passport against H or a transcript of the family register is forged.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on November 7, 2002 by the Incheon District Court on November 7, 2002, and completed the execution of the above punishment on June 27, 2003.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant conspiredd with J, K, etc. to forge his/her resident registration certificate with a person with forged technology, such as the Shipbuilding K, etc. in China, at the request of J, with the charge of forging the I’s resident registration certificate illegally staying in Korea (related to the forgery of the I’s resident registration certificate).

On December 2003, the Defendant: (a) received copies of I’s resident registration certificates of J, Bana L from the J requesting the forgery of I’s resident registration certificates in front of the department store in Ireland, Seo-gu, Seoyang-si; (b) removed the pictures attached to the L’s resident registration certificates issued under the name of the head of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at a non-permanent location; and (c) removed them from the place in which it is impossible to identify the pictures attached to the L’s resident registration certificates issued under the name of the head of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (d) attached the above I’s photograph on the spot.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one resident registration certificate, which is an official document under the name of the head of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government in Korea, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with K and I.

2. The defendant offering a bribe, forging a public document, or uttering a forged public document to hear "a person of the nationality of the Republic of Korea of Japan who has illegally stayed in Japan in the past or entered the Republic of Korea with a forged passport, who is unable to re-enter the Republic of Korea in a normal way," and thus, is willing to re-enter Japan after entering the Republic of Korea using a forged passport to allow him/her to depart from Korea. The defendant recruited and introduces the defendant among those of the nationality of the Republic of Korea who illegally staying in Japan, who wish to illegally depart from and depart from the Republic of Korea. The defendant is not the name of the Republic of Korea forged passport with his/her photograph attached to the above illegally staying Korean
