Punishment of the crime

1. B, from around B 15:00 to around 16:30 of the same day, the Defendant participated in an assembly of “E” in which more than 10,00 members participated as C organizations (D) organized at the Seoul Square located in Taepon-ro 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul.

After the end of the assembly, the number of participants 6,00 in the assembly moved from 16:30 to 19:00 on the same day (eight lanes) and moved to a luminous square, and moved to the front lane with the walls, etc., up to the 2nd and the safe-speed road along with the side walls, Cheong River, etc., and the vehicle traffic was obstructed by moving to the front lane from 18:20 to 19:00 on the same day.

At around 16:35 of the same day with the above participants in the assembly, the defendant, in collusion with the participants in the assembly, was interfering with the passage of the road by occupying the lane prior to the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central Center, 6 Seoul Central Center.

2. F. The defendant who obstructs his general traffic;
