Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a member of the Seoul Urban Railroad Labor Union, participated in the “Korean Workers’ Competition” organized by the Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation (B; hereinafter “Korean Workers’ Labor Union”) at the Seoul Square located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, from November 14, 2015 to June 30 of the same day.

The above assembly was a prior assembly of the “labor” sector among the public assemblies planned by the headquarters of the General Stopter (C) among the public assemblies organized by the president of the Labor Group.

The total of 66,00 people who participated in each sector's prior assembly, including the above "National Workers' Competition", had entered into a luminous square with a view to moving into the luminous square without occupying the world as a type, paper, etc., when each prior assembly is completed under the name that "the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'public' competition' will run at each sector' in the luminous square.

After the completion of the above "Korean Workers' Competition", the Defendant occupied the lane 10 lanes in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul along with many participants in assemblies at around 20:47 on the same day while the two-ro 2 was driven by the Roter-ri ro, each of which was closed with the participants in assemblies.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
