Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2015, the Defendant, as a member of the Seoul Northern Construction Machinery Branch of the National Federation of the Korean Democratic Workers’ Union (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Workers’ Union”), participated in the “National Workers’ Competition,” organized by the Korean Workers’ Federation in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, on November 14, 2015.

The above assembly was a prior assembly of the “labor” sector among the pre-convenive assemblies of the “private-public-public-private-public-private-public-private-public-private-public-private-public-private-private-public-private-public-private-private-public-private-private-public-private-private-public

The total of 66,00 people who participated in each sector's prior assembly, including the above "National Workers' Competition", had entered into a luminous square with a view to moving into the luminous square without occupying the world as a type, paper, etc., when each prior assembly is completed under the name that "the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'public' competition' will run at each sector' in the luminous square.

During the above process from 15:30 on the same day to 18:30 on the same day, Defendant 1 worn a color belt and mastm belt, and occupied the front lane (one2 lanes) in front of the D hotel located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as well as multiple participants in the assembly.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
