【Criminal Facts】

2. 사기 및 여신전문금융업법위반 피고인은 2013. 6. 18. 10:24경 뎡남 함양군 E 소재 F편의점에서 불상의 물품을 구입하면서 제1항과 같이 절취한 D 명의 신한카드를 마치 피고인이 정당한 소지인인 것처럼 그 곳 업주인 피해자 G에게 지급수단으로 제시하여 그로 하여금 신용카드 매출전표를 작성하게 한 다음 임의로 서명한 매출전표를 피해자 G에게 교부하여 도난된 신용카드를 부정사용하고, 피고인을 D으로 믿은 위 피해자 G로부터 1,200원 상당의 물품을 건네받은 것을 비롯하여 그 무렵부터 같은 날 23:15경까지 사이에 별지 범죄일람표에 기재된 것과 같이 14회에 걸쳐 위와 같은 방법으로 절취한 D 명의의 신한카드를 부정사용하고, 합계 1,131,530원 상당의 재물을 교부받거나, 재산상의 이익을 취득하였다.
