A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 2"

1. On February 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased clothes at the Do clothes shop located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Police Officer; and (b) took advantage of the gaps where surveillance of the victim E, who is an employee of the store, taken a new card out from the victim’s wall, and stolen it.

In addition, from around that time to December 21, 2014, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victims by using the gaps in surveillance over 13 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form (1) from around December 15, 2014, or invaded upon the structure managed by others at night, and stolen the property owned by the victims.

2. On December 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a password of the entrance and exit of the victim G in Daegu Northern-gu F, Daegu Northern-gu, which was managed by the victim G, without the victim’s consent; and (b) intrudes the building managed by the victim, by entering the H 206 site, without the victim’s consent.

3. On February 2014, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased tobacco, etc. at convenience stores operated by the victim near J Park in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) obtained a stolen credit card sales slip by having the victim E prepare a credit card sales slip by suggesting that he/she was a legitimate holder; and (c) by deceiving the employees of the non-defluence stores in the above manner, and was issued 51,020 won from tin to 51,020 won.

In addition, from around that time to November 21, 2014, the Defendant acquired property equivalent to the total amount of KRW 985,220 from the victims by the aforementioned method, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2) from around that time, and used stolen credit cards or check cards unlawfully.

The Defendant, at around 18:30 on May 29, 2014, received 200 TV sets from the victim L’s house, known to the general public in the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu.
