Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] On November 8, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud at the Busan District Court on January 4, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution on January 4, 2014.

[2015Kadan423] On July 4, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement to the victim D who reported and contacted that “on the transfer of money, you will send things.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send the goods even if he receives the goods from the victim because he did not have a monbial view at the time.

The Defendant received 70,000,000 won from the victim as the price for the goods of the same day from the victim to the Gannam Bank account under the name of the Defendant, and acquired 17,00,000 won in total from 17 times to 10,860,000 won from the victim, such as the list of crimes in attached Table, from around that time to August 10, 2014.

[2015 Highest 485] On August 14, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement stating that “I will send things if I transfer 1,200,000 won to E” by accessing the Internet site “Niberian Republic of Korea” at the Defendant’s residence located in the Southernbuk-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

However, there was no intention or ability to send the goods even if the defendant receives the goods from the injured party because the defendant did not have a handlight for male at the time.

The defendant acquired 1,200,000 won from the victim to a new bank account in the name of F as the price for goods on the same day.
