Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 300,00 to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant at the Defendant’s home located in Asan City, from March 28, 2015, to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant; (b) received the game money in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Seoul Olympic Games Korea and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and its trustee; (c) obtained dividends in accordance with the dividend rate; and (d) deposited the game money in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Defendant at the Defendant’s home located in Asan City, to KRW 300,000,00 from the national bank account in the name of the Defendant; and (d) received the game money in the name of the Defendant for gambling; and (e) obtained dividends in the name of the Defendant in advance; and (e) deposited the total amount of KRW 30,000 through 30,000,000 in the name of the Defendant’s home.

As a result, the defendant was gambling by using sports promotion voting rights or similar rights issued by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation in Seoul Olympic Games and by a person who is not an entrusted business entity.
