Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who is the Seoul Olympic Winter Games Foundation or the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or any similar things, and no person shall gambling using such rights.

On March 4, 2017, the Defendant subscribed to the Seoul Olympic Games Korean Sports Promotion Foundation and the “B” website operated by a person who is not the entrusted business entity, and transferred KRW 1,000,000 to the above site deposit account (National Bank D) from the Defendant’s home located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on March 4, 2017, and deposited KRW 1,000,000 to the above site deposit account, and anticipated the result of various sports games, such as the axis at home and abroad, and anticipated in advance the payment rate of dividends, acquired dividends according to the distribution rate, and received dividends in the face of the enemy, and deposited KRW 80,000,000 in total from around that time to March 15, 14, 2017 by means of determining the winning by the contingency on the food that was not refunded.

As a result, the defendant was gambling by using sports promotion voting rights or similar rights issued by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation in Seoul Olympic Games and by a person who is not an entrusted business entity.
