A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months on July 25, 2017, for attempted robbery, etc. at the Suwon Flag, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 2, 2017.

No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who is the Seoul Olympic Winter Games Foundation or the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win the result by issuing voting rights for sports promotion or others similar thereto, and no person shall gambling by using such prohibited acts as above.

Nevertheless, from April 11, 2016 to February 5, 2017, the Defendant received a total of 454,612,000 won from the National Bank Account (H) in the name of the company G with limited liability, which is deposit of the above gambling site, at the Internet private sports entertainment site D, at its own house located in Gangseo-gun C and 305, and the Internet private sports site “D, as a member, was subscribed to the membership, and at the time, was placed in the agricultural bank account in the name of women-friendly E (F) of the above gambling site, and was charged with the game money used for gambling at least 438 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes. After receiving the game money, the Defendant sawd the outcome of the failure on board the sports games, such as a remote domestic and foreign camping district, stable, and deaf-gu, thereby obtaining dividends in accordance with the dividend rate.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually gambling by using the act of providing property or property benefits to those who win the result by issuing sports promotion voting rights or similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and a person who is not an entrusted business entity.
