Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2019, from around 18:20 to 18:46 of the same day, the Defendant parked the hiven vehicle owned by himself at the entrance of Pyeongtaek-si, and at the entrance of a public parking lot in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Special Tourist Zone, and caused the Defendant to go through the above land, which is a public place for the traffic of the general public.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with traffic.
