Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 18, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of August 18, 2018, around 08:30 on the road in front of the Defendant’s residence, which is a place of public traffic in the general public located in B of Pakistan, in order to implement land reclamation works, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of another vehicle with about 30 minutes of construction vehicles (4 15 tons) by parking dump trucks on the road on the old room that their house may collapse if they operate the said road in order to implement land reclamation works.

Accordingly, the defendant did not go through the above land offered to the general public.

2. On August 21, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of August 21, 2018, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 08:00 on August 21, 2018, obstructed the traffic of other vehicles with three (15 tons) vehicles transporting earth and sand in a way that parks one-hour vehicle on the said road for the same reason as that of paragraph (1) at the place indicated in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant did not go through the above land offered to the general public.
