A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
The number No. 1 of the seized list shall be forfeited from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, traded and administers psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, Mesophopopics (hereinafter referred to as “copics”), and dealt with the narcotics, such as receiving and receiving marijuana, despite the fact that the Defendant could not handle the narcotics, he/she dealt with the phiopics and marijuana as follows:
1. Crimes of arranging the trade of phiphones;
A. At around 22:30 on August 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 3.5 million from C and D in front of the “Dongdong-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with C and D’s request to seek writing-phones; and (b) received 3.5 million won of phiphones.
In addition, the Defendant immediately delivered 3.5 million won for the instant philophone to E who was waiting for prior contact in the vicinity, and received approximately 10g of the instant philophone in double-packageds and plastic bags from E, and then delivered Da and D, who was waiting for in the above park, about 10g of the philophones received from E as above.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between E, C, and D.
B. At around 23:40 on September 15, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 0.35 g of philophones, which were entered in the front of the “Dongdae” park from E for a single use.
In addition, the Defendant immediately parked in the above park, and sent G about 350,000 won for 0.35 grams from G to G, as above, in the Defendant’s F-rayed vehicle in the above park, and sent approximately 0.35g of philophones that he was waiting in the above park, and immediately delivered KRW 3.50,000 to E, who was waiting in the above park.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between E and G.
2. Crimes of selling phiphones;
A. At around 22:20 on August 25, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.5g of philopon, which was 0.5g from E in front of the “dong Zone” in front of the above “dong Zone”, from E, for KRW 400,000,000,000.
