On February 2, 2013, the Defendant, at the K parking lot located in the Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, in which it is impossible to know the last day of the middle day of February, 2013, issued and received approximately 0.35 g of the instant penphones from F free of charge to M, and received approximately 0.35 g of the said penphones again from the said place at approximately 2 to 3 days.
