A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

4.2 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. The Defendant purchased Handphones with D, which is a part of the society where he was aware of it, purchased Handphones from E and conspired to use psychotropic drugs in installments. A. The Defendant purchased Handphones from E by pay for psychotropic drugs (one philophones; hereinafter referred to as “philophones”).

On January 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00 on January 12, 2013, the Defendant received 300,000 won of philopon from D (Ftel 418 in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government) from 04:0,000,000 won of philopon; and (b) received 700,000 won as the purchase price of philopon from E in the vicinity of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Station, Gangnam-gu, and received 0.8g of philopon

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase philophones.

B. On February 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) Hanman purchased Rophones, 700,000 won and 0.8g of philopon from E on the road near the Hanman’s distance, for the purchase price of philopon; and (b) around March 4, 2013, 30,000 won and 0.3g of philopon from D at the office No. 418 of the Ftel No. 418 of 2013, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase philophones.

C. On April 3, 2013, the Defendant purchased Handphones: (a) around April 3, 2013; (b) around the line hill station located in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (c) around 700,000 won in the name of the purchase price for Handphones, and (d) approximately 0.8g of Handphones from E, on the road of the line hill station located in Samsung-dong; and (c) around 05:0 on the same day, around 05:0, KRW 300,000 from D within the H point for Defendant’s operation in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and 0.3g of Handphones.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase philophones.

On April 16, 2013, the Defendant purchased Handphones in the middle of April 2013, 2013, received 500,000 won from E as the purchase price for Handphones, and 0.8g of Handphones from E in the name of the purchase price for Handphones, and around 03:00 on April 16, 2013.
