A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated “AS in the column of resident registration number” in “AS,” “AS, in the address column,” and signed AR on the next side of the “AS,” as “AS, in the name of the customer applying for purchase of the site,” as “AS,” and “AS” in “AS, in the address column; and (b) signed AR in that column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a “T service new contract” in the name of AR, which is a private document on the duty of rights, and used a forged private document to P who works at the above sales store as if they were genuinely prepared.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
