Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2015, the Defendant embezzled a victim’s resident registration certificate, which was lost by the victim B in front of a model complex where the victim B was found in the middle of his/her own possession, without any measures to return it to the victim, even though he/she acquired one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate in front of the commercial complex where the victim B was lost.

2. Forgery of private documents;

A. On October 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed “B” on the customer column of the application for subscription to a new service contract and the franchise and retail contract for a terminal in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; and (b) signed on each side.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of B, and a terminal copy sales contract.

B. On October 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed the “B” on the customer column of the application for subscription to a new service contract and the franchise and retail contract to provide a mobile phone under the said B’s name at the D agency located in Sung-si E; and (b) signed on each side.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of B, and a terminal copy sales contract.

3. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. At the time and place specified in paragraph 2(a), the Defendant submitted one copy of a new service contract in the name of forged B, one copy of a terminal sales contract, and one copy of a terminal sales contract, which may not be aware of the forgery, to an employee under the name of the above D.

B. At the time and place specified in paragraph 2(b), the Defendant submitted one copy of a new service contract in the name of forged B, one copy of a terminal sales contract, and one copy of a terminal sales contract, which may not be aware of the forgery, to an employee under the above D’s name, and exercised the same.

4. Violation of the Resident Registration Act.

A. The Defendant mentioned above at the time and place specified in paragraph 2(a).
