A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B Ecoos car.

At around 16:20 on April 28, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car with an alcohol content of 0.084% and driven the said car along the six-lane road in front of the “Dcafeteria” in Gwangju Mine-gu, along the two-lane from the “E apartment” side to the “one-time club distance.” On the other hand, the Defendant was negligent in changing the course from the two-lane to the one-lane; the victim F (n.e., the age of 43) driving car running along the one-lane; the victim F (n.e., the age of 43) driving G code car driving in front of the left side of the Defendant’s vehicle; the Defendant suffered from the victim F for about two-day treatment, e.g., an injury to the damaged passenger, H (the age of 41), e., the victim’s e.g., the victim’s e., e., e., one-day treatment period; and the victim’s e.g., the victim’s e., two-day e., two-day therapy.

2. Around 16:20 on April 28, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.084% 0.08%, and the Defendant was driving a ecoo vehicle B at the section of approximately 2 km from the later apartment in the Gwangju Mine-gu to the front road of the “Dcafeteria” located in the same Gu C.
