Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a vehicle C(K)5 car
On July 4, 2016, at around 16:10, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol with 0.125% of alcohol concentration 0.125%, and continued the car according to four-lanes from the north-gu Incheon Metropolitan City office building distance away from the north-gu office building distance.
The Defendant: (a) while driving the said vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol such as smelling in the entrance, in an inaccurate and sprinking on the face; (b) received the back part of the said vehicle from the victim D (the age of 32) who temporarily stopped in the atmosphere of signal at the front of the said K5 vehicle, as the front part of the said K5 vehicle; (c) suffered from the victim D’s injury such as salt, bones, tension, etc. for about three weeks of treatment; (d) suffered from the victim F (1) who was on board the said vehicle for about two weeks of treatment; (b) the victim’s injury, such as bones and tension, necessary for two weeks of treatment; (c) the victim’s injury, such as 3 years of age, tension and tension, etc., for two weeks of treatment; (d) the victim’s injury such as tension and bones, two weeks of treatment for the said tension during two weeks of treatment; (e) the victim’s injury to the victim G (the age of 2 years of age below).
Accordingly, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the victims to be injured.
2. The Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the vicinity of the Southern-dong Office in Incheon Southern-gu, by driving a k5 vehicle, as described in paragraph (1), while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.125% at the time and time specified in paragraph (1).
