2. Purchasing crypoids;

A. On August 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had the intent to purchase writingphones from the person without a name known through SNS “K; and (b) attached KRW 500,000 to the tape under the public telephone boxes located near “G” located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan; and (c) around that time, the Defendant received approximately 1.4g of opphones in the public telephone boxes and received approximately 1.4g of opphones.

B. On August 2016, the Defendant, who was aware of SNS “K” on August 1, 2016, had a mind to purchase writingphones from persons with an influence, and was near the Busan Jin-gu L market.
