Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on July 26, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 4, 2014 at the Gwangju District Court.

The defendant of "2015 Highest 4832" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened approximately 20 grams of Mebane clickers (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), a local mental medicine, from E, and up to 220,000 won for E.

2. On November 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine at the Dotong-gu Busan, Busan, and injected it into the next hand, etc., around November 29, 2015.

3. On December 1, 2015, the Defendant, around 14:10 on December 1, 2015, filed a suit with approximately 0.03g of penphones in front of F cafeteria located in Busan Seo-gu, and Defendant’s wall, on the part of the Defendant.

On June 21, 2015, the Defendant provided I with approximately 0.03g of the Mepta-mina, which is a local mental medicine, in front of the “H control point” located in the Busan YY G, Busan Y, and provided I with approximately 0.03g of the Mepta-mina, a local mental medicine.
