1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Receipt and delivery of mert cancers;

A. On August 2016, the Defendant received approximately 0.03g of the Memptop chophones (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), a local mental medicine, from E, in front of “D” located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan.

B. On September 2016, the Defendant received approximately 0.03 grams from E in the E’s house located in Busan Suwon-gu F, and from E with approximately 0.03 grams.

(c)

On November 29, 2016, the Defendant received approximately 0.03 grams from E in the E’s house located in Busan Young-gu, Busan, and received approximately 0.03 grams from E.

2. Medication of Metropha;

A. On August 2016, the Defendant administered 0.015 grams on a car driven by the Defendant, which was parked in the 111-dong underground parking lot of Busan metropolitan GG GG G GGG, on a coffee.

B. On August 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) administered an automobile driven by the Defendant in the 111-dong underground parking lot of Busan Shipping Daegu Apartment (the following day or following day) with approximately 0.015 gramphonephones on a coffee.

On September 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.015g clophones to coffee in a passenger car driven by the Defendant at the 111-dong underground parking lot of Busan Shipping Daegu G apartment in Busan, and then administered approximately 0.015g clophones to coffee.

(d)

On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) administered a passenger car driven by the Defendant in the 111-dong underground parking lot of Busan Shipping Daegu G apartment (hereinafter “C”); (b) 0.015g gramphonephones to a coffee.

E. On December 26, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g oponon to coffee in a car driven by the Defendant at the 111-dong underground parking lot of Busan Shipping Daegu apartment.

3. Assistance in the sale and purchase of crypters;

A. On November 10, 2016, the Defendant came from J in order to assist E in selling phiphones at the I restaurant located in H of Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and to assist E in selling phiphones.
