Punishment of the crime

No one shall lend or lend a national technical qualification certificate issued pursuant to Article 13 of the National Technical Qualifications Act to another person.

1. Defendant A, a national technical qualification holder who has obtained a fire-fighting equipment engineer [electric field: I] (a certificate of qualification: I), fire-fighting equipment engineer (a certificate number: J) (a certificate of qualification), and the K K’s good offices, a broker broker for lending the certificate of qualification, lent the certificate of national technical qualification to L Co., Ltd. from August 16, 2016 to October 11, 2016.

2. Defendant B: (a) is a national technical qualification holder who has obtained the certificate of national technical qualification in the field of fire-fighting equipment industrial technology (mechanic number; M); (b) as a broker broker for lending the certificate, the Defendant leased the national technical qualification certificate to N from December 6, 2017 to March 2, 2018.

3. Defendant C lent the above national technical qualification certificate to Q Co., Ltd. from March 24, 2015 to October 14, 2015, and from June 14, 2016 to June 14, 2016, the Defendant again lent the certificate of national technical qualification to Q, a national technical qualification certificate, from June 14, 2016 to October 14, 2016.

4. Defendant D: (a) is a national technical qualification holder who has obtained the certificate of national technical qualification for fire-fighting equipment engineer [electric field: S) and fire-fighting equipment engineer [mechanic] (a certificate number); (b) as an intermediary for lending the certificate, the Defendant lent the certificate of national technical qualification to U corporation from August 19, 2014 to November 14, 2014; and (c) from November 15, 2014 to June 15, 2015, the Defendant lent the certificate of national technical qualification to limited partnership V.

5. Defendant E is a national technical qualification holder who has obtained a fire-fighting equipment engineer [electric field] (a certificate number: W) and a fire-fighting equipment engineer [a machine field] (a certificate number: A certificate number) and a certificate of national technical qualification, and K K’s good offices, a broker for lending the certificate, which is a broker for lending the certificate.
