A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was an employee of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “E” as an employee of an affiliated company, has collected various career certificates or qualification certificates from the holders of construction technology experience certificates, national technical qualification certificates, etc., and directly lends them to a constructor or grants them to a broker for other qualification certificates, such as F, etc. by receiving brokerage fees, and thereby arranging the lending of the above career certificates or qualification certificates.

1. No person who violates the Construction Technology Management Act shall lend, borrow, or arrange a third person's career certificate of construction technology;

A. At the above E office around July 201, the Defendant received a request from SP Construction to lend the first class of construction technology in the civil engineering sector. Upon receipt of a request from G, a holder of the above career experience certificate, the Defendant: (a) obtained a certificate of special class of construction technology in the civil engineering sector from G, a holder of the above career experience; and (b) had PP Construction, a company, borrowed the above career certificate from August 8, 201 to August 8, 2014; (c) received a loan of KRW 10,500,000,000 from the above E office as a brokerage fee; and (d) received the loan fee of KRW 10,50,000 from the above to May 9, 2014; and (e) obtained a total of KRW 414,14,000,000,000,000 from the above construction company as stated in the list of crimes; and (e) received a loan of KRW 91,510,00,000.

B. On October 10, 2012, at the above E office, the Defendant received a request from F, a broker broker, to seek three of the career experience of lending to H and I Co., Ltd. from H and I.
