1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 9, 2006, the Defendant is a company aimed at providing postal services, etc., and the Plaintiff joined the Defendant as a production worker and served as a production worker, and retired on December 20, 2012.

B. The main contents of the annual salary contract (Evidence A) entered into between the Plaintiff and the Defendant are as follows:
