1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 3,295,669; (b) KRW 16,351,712 to Plaintiff B; and (c) KRW 16,493,638 to Plaintiff C and each of the said money.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant is a vocational arts school established for the purpose of fostering vocational talented human resources, and is an educational institution that operates a four-year bachelor’s degree program, and has its principal office in Gangnam-gu Seoul. The Plaintiff A is from December 8, 2008 to December 5, 201, Plaintiff B from August 27, 2004 to May 18, 201, and Plaintiff C is an employee who was employed by each Defendant corporation and worked for each of the Defendant corporations from June 28, 2004 to April 18, 2012.
