1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

The monthly amount payable (for a year) the effective payment of the fixed extension allowance of 250,000 won per month for the duty allowances of 250,000 won per month x basic bonus for the duty allowances of 100% (payment once a year) x 2), overtime allowances, etc. shall be calculated including additional wages (50%) calculated by estimating the extended working hours and night work allowances of average 52 hours per month for the convenience of management, calculation, etc., and settlement shall be made where the actual working hours exceed those of the actual working hours. C. The main contents of the Rules of Employment concerning wages, working conditions, etc. under the Rules of Employment of the Defendant (hereinafter “Rules of Employment”) are as follows.

(Employment Rules was amended on April 1, 2012 when the plaintiffs were in office, which is substantially identical to the previous rules of employment. Article 30 (Working Work Hours) ① of the Rules of Employment (Working Work Hours per employee) of the Rules of Employment provides hours of recess and eight hours.

(2) The contractual working hours per week for employees shall be 40 hours.

(3) The monthly fixed working hours of regular employees shall be 209 hours.

Article 32 (Commencement and Closing) (1) Work hours per day shall be eight hours, and the rest hours referred to in Article 33 shall be from 09:00 to 18:00, excluding the rest hours referred to in Article 33.

Provided, That the starting and ending time of a shift worker shall be separately determined according to the composition of the work group.

Article 33 (Recess Hours) (1) Recess Hours shall be from 12:00 to 13:00.
